Process of resistance against corrosion, insect and deformation of solid wood products
a. Special treatment: wood is roasted for at least 15 days for the purpose of deinsectization and resistance against deformation.
b. Mechanical polishing and primary coating: to smooth the wood surface and make primary protection coating.
c. Manual polishing and secondary coating: to polish the wood surface exquisitely, form a secondary protection coating and make the wood surface smoother.
d. Manual polishing and spray painting: to ensure wood surface evenly smooth and without any bulge. The finish paint form another protection coating and extend the product life for 5-10 years.
